I am always amazed by all these people who said that they are unhappy in their life and they act happiness is a big mysterious force that is you know is difficult to figure out. Happiness is one of the most studied areas of human endeavor in the history of the world I mean if your look at the phycology and you look at the philosophy and these all I talking about for literally for a century it is unbelievable.

So we figure it out the basic of happiness it's sometimes common sense isn’t common practice so people struggle for no reason I mean look what we know about happiness we know basically happiness usually comes from an orientation toward the world and which we look at the past, the present and the future in the specific ways we often tend to look at the past with gratitude and with fun recollection, even if there is struggle, challenges, suffers, turmoil we found our places in the past and we feel a sense of acceptance about the past its happen its good all things were as they were and today they are as they’re shall be and it been okay with whatever the passes finding a peace, an acceptance and

1) Gratitude there allow us to be a little bit free in the present and be in present what makes us happy

2) Been engaged in whatever we’re really doing

I mean really engage mentally engage in what we’re doing each day you know we’re challenging ourselves just a little bit you know we finding something that we passion about interested in and challenging ourselves to bring our full conscious present to the moment to develop awareness right, almost all spiritual sort of text and teachers and trainers always trying to help people to become small present in the moment more accepting as the world as its but here you know the power of now and stuff right it’s like get here be here be engage be present with the moment and then with future it’s all about.

3) Anticipating with excitement what’s to come in the future

even if the future is scary even if you know there is still going to be hard because they will be even if you know going to struggle yup they will be too but finding your marks what’s your excited about for tomorrow and if you can’t find anything to be excited about for tomorrow that’s nothing  to do with the reality of tomorrow  it has to be your mindset you poison yourself and pull the pessimism for so long that you drown yourself off hope that your forgotten there’s a magic to life that there’s something tomorrow you could find something even if tomorrow you just said something you know what tomorrow I going to be get up I going to feel better that what I decide I going to be.

4) Be excited about that your know tomorrow I going to do nicely for somebody tomorrow

I going to get focus to one project I am waiting to do tomorrow I going to make the damn bed you know whatever it’s find something that excites about that’s basically that everything that we know about your emotional word and your mental word of the happiness so simple right be accepting with the past, be present and engage in present and be excited anticipate something for the future but we also learn what’s all to take to be happy and healthy physically, well you don’t need this one this is again common sense not been apply the common practise what it takes happy and emotionally healthy and physically healthy, well physically healthy is easy right is sleep you 8 hours, drink more water, make sure you take to break through all day to break your concentration to stand up not to seat and hinge over all day right it’s workout 2 3 4 times a week okay simply get outside move around a little bit eat more green avoid the sugar and the caffeine.

5) Avoid the things that make you up and then crash you down

avoid the white star cheating avoid the food groups that you find you allergy too we all know this what so easy common sense isn’t common practice when we hungry pizza it’s like come out the caffeine is been physically happy is very simple and easy you just not doing it consistently enough if you don’t feel physically in live and vibrant you know another thing people often struggle the happiness is the relationship Oh Mike really people really struggle that bad not saying relationship that hard but are you apply the common sense common things that we know from year and year and year of relationship with wife is your present with your loved one? Are your appreciate and adoring of them are you giving them the benefit of the doubt are your realising that is you in the relationship with them full independent they’re causing the problem separate from you that two of you’re in dance together in which you have to honour and respect each other that you have to make life fun for each other if your marriage is in stale not because the marriage is in stale that’s because you and the other person allow to each other allow to stale you have to fire each other up again right what’s about a

6) Spirituality well everything we know a spirituality comes back down to the basics

to having faith to having a sense of connection to something larger than ourselves to allow ourselves to be amaze and odd by the mysteries of the world of this universe of the our God of our creator to be honouring of those of very things in which we have faith towards none of this is magic it’s about looking at your life sometimes just doing full-scale evaluation on Sunday once a while looking your life okay alright am I emotionally happy if not how mine looking at the past, the present and the future am I physically healthy if not how my eating how my sleepy how my working out am I doing the basics here if  the relationship is unhappy the answer is okay what the is not happening in the relationship what I am not bringing into this relationship anymore how I am not sensing and contributing into the relationship anymore what if I do not ask for consistently enough what is it they specifically need that might I turn it around and

 Spiritually just to feel gratitude aren’t we so bless aren’t we so bless to have this moment that you get to be here listening to me now listening to just ideas a concept about improving our life how bless that we to be at this time in our life where so fast and so easily digitally  I can be sharing some ideas and thoughts with you how bless that we that do have people who around us how bless that we that we can give more love to the world just because we choose to how to bless that we that we get up tomorrow decide who we want going to be and start becoming that how to bless that we that we can wake up tomorrow and start designing the life that we always want to do it.
